| Your C.B.T course will last approximately 8 hours from start to finish. Its
content is made up from the list below. |

| 1. Eye Sight Test: You need to be
able to read a standard number plate from 20.5 meters or 67 feet. If you need to
wear glasses these should be worn through out the day. |

| 2. On Site Training: This is the
first classroom session. Here there will be a discussion on Safety Helmets,
clothing, what you should and should not wear. Here you will be shown around the
bike you will be riding, the controls and daily check routine. There will be Q & A through out
this so your input is important. |

| 3. On Site riding: This when you
will ride the bike. You will be shown how to control the clutch, accelerator,
brakes gears etc. You will conduct various exercises designed to build your
control and understanding of the bike. These will include:- Starting, stopping and cornering. 1st to 2nd to 1st gear
changing. 1st to 2nd to 3rd to 2nd to 1st gear changing. Controlled stop using
both brakes. Emergency stop (this is done at three speeds 10mph, 15mph and
then 20mph). Slow riding in a straight line, Slow riding while turning
(figure of eight). Slalom, U'Turn, Simulated left and right turns.

| 4. On Road Training:
This is the second classroom session. Here we
will discuss junctions, roundabouts and the Highway Code. We will also
discuss hazard perception, anticipation and what to expect out on the road. |

| 5. On Road Riding:
This is where we take you out on the road. You
will do a supervised 2hour road ride. During this ride you will encounter
all types of roads. Fast dual carriageways, small back roads etc. At ALL
times you will be in radio contact with your instructor who will have no
more that 2 pupils on the road at any one time. |

| 6. Tea and Medals:
At the end of your road ride you will end up
back at the training centre. Here you will be debriefed by your instructor
who will explain how the ride went and if you have reached the required
standard to receive your certificate. If you have not reached the required
standard your instructor will advise you on what further training you need. |
